Job Title: BDA — West Delhi (OMC Vertical)

Location: West Delhi, Field Role (Fuel Pumps)

Experience: 2+ Years in Field Sales (Payments / Retail / OMC preferred)

Mandatory: Own Bike with Valid Driving License & Vehicle Documents

Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of West Delhi local market & pump locations

Key KPI – Retention: Drive merchant retention, reduce churn, and maintain solid relationships

Key KPI – EDC Sales: Sell & activate EDC terminals; meet monthly sales targets

Key KPI – SmartSpeaker Sales: Pitch, close, and train merchants on SmartSpeaker solutions

Responsibilities: Daily field visits, onboarding,Issue resolution, reporting via CRM

Skills: Strong negotiation, English + Hindi communication, smartphone & CRM proficiency
