ESS Project Management &

- Execution

- Lead end-to-end execution of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and ESS projects.

- Manage Grid-connected, Hybrid, and Off-grid ESS project execution activities.

- Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, and commissioning teams for seamless project delivery.

- Ensure project completion within timelines, quality standards, and approved budgets.

- Conduct project risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Business Development &

- Client Expansion

- Drive recent business opportunities in ESS, BESS, EV charging, and renewable energy storage solutions.

- Develop strong relationships with EPC clients, utilities, industrial customers, OEMs, and government agencies.

- Support pre-sales activities including techno-commercial discussions and solution presentations.

- Identify market trends, customer requirements, and emerging opportunities in energy storage solutions.

Procurement &

- Vendor Management

- Handle strategic sourcing and procurement of battery systems, PCS, inverters, transformers, EMS, and BOS components.

- Develop and manage supplier and OEM relationships for lithium-ion batteries and ESS components.

- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, contracts,



and commercial terms with vendors.

- Monitor vendor performance based on quality, delivery, cost efficiency, and service support.

Techno-Commercial &

- Costing

- Prepare project costing, budgeting, BOQ/BOM, techno-commercial proposals, and bid documentation.

- Support tendering, bid management, and contract negotiation processes.

- Conduct technical evaluations and commercial analysis for ESS projects.

- Optimize project costs while maintaining technical compliance and operational efficiency.

Technical Coordination &

- Compliance

- Support system sizing, ESS architecture planning, and integration with Solar PV systems.

- Coordinate with design and engineering teams for technical documentation and feasibility studies.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, electrical safety norms, and regulatory requirements.

- Monitor performance parameters and project KPIs for operational excellence.
