We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in hotels and resorts to drive revenue growth and build strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hotel sales, with a solid understanding of corporate business, group bookings, and room revenue optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and onboard new corporate clients while managing existing accounts
- Drive room sales, group bookings, and long-term partnerships
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the hotel industry
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experience and service delivery
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance insights
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of sales experience in hotels or resorts
- Robust client network and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Target-driven with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
