Institute of Information Technology Delhi (IIIT-Delhi) invites applications for the position of Data Science & Automation Intern for a period of 3 months.

About the Role The intern will support the Communications Office in automating data collection,

processing, and reporting workflows. The role involves leveraging programming, data science tools, and AI-enabled technologies to improve operational efficiency while ensuring data privacy.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop automated data collection and data-processing pipelines for

the Communications Office.
- Build scripts and tools to streamline data collation, organization, and reporting.
- Assist in the integration of AI-powered solutions for communication and

outreach-related workflows.
- Analyze datasets and generate actionable insights to support communication

strategies.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices in all

projects.
- Document workflows, automation processes, and technical implementations.

Essential Qualifications

- B.Tech.



degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related

discipline (Preference will be given to candidate pursuing a Postgraduate degree).
- Robust programming skills in Python or R.
- Valuable understanding of data science concepts, tools, and frameworks.
- Awareness of privacy, security, and ethical considerations associated with AI

systems and data usage.
- Ability to work independently and solve technical problems effectively.
- Experience with machine learning, data analytics, automation tools, and AI

applications. Duration & Stipend

3 Months with a stipend of ₹30,000 per month
