Experienced Tele Sales Executive (Work From Home)

We are currently hiring experienced tele-callers for our company. This is a pure incentive-based position, and there is no fixed salary. However, if you are skilled at sales and perform well, we can confidently say that you can earn between 15,000 and 30,000 per month, and even more depending on your performance.

Job Responsibilities

- Attend incoming and outgoing customer calls throughout the day.
- Handle approximately 200-250 calls daily.
- Sell Ayurvedic and wellness products to customers.
- Follow the company's sales process and maintain professionalism at all times.

Experience Required

We are looking only for experienced sales professionals who have prior tele-sales experience. Freshers are not eligible for this position.

Selection Process

If you apply now, we will review your application and start contacting shortlisted candidates during the first week of July. Responses will be provided between 1st and 2nd July.

Before joining the company, every candidate must:

1. Clear the company assessment/examination.
2. Successfully complete the training program.
3. Pass all selection rounds.

The entire selection and training process may take approximately 45 days. Your position will only be confirmed after successfully completing all required stages.

Working Hours

- Work From Home
- Total Duration: 10 Hours
- Break Time: 1 Hour
- Actual Working Time: 9 Hours per day

Payment Structure

This is a performance-based incentive job.

We do not pay commissions based on the number of orders taken. Instead, commissions are paid only on successfully delivered orders.

Example:

If you generate 1,500 orders in a month, you will not be paid for all 1,500 orders.





Suppose only 600 orders are successfully delivered and the remaining orders are returned or cancelled. In that case, your commission will be calculated only on the 600 delivered orders because the company earns revenue only from successfully delivered orders.

Payment Schedule

If you start working in July, your earnings for July will be paid in the following month, meaning August.

Our payment cycle is between the 15th and 20th of every month.

Company Support

The company will provide:

- Official company phone number
- Customer leads and potential customer numbers
- Software and CRM access
- Product information and training materials
- Complete operational support

You are not required to use your personal number or invest in any company-related resources.

However, if you plan to work with us for the long term, we recommend using your personal number as well to build your own customer relationships. This helps ensure that repeat customers may connect directly with you in the future.

- Promotion to Team Leader positions

As a Team Leader, you will continue making sales while also helping train and guide new team members.



Team Leaders receive additional compensation and benefits.

Please note that promotions are generally considered only after completing a minimum of 4 months with the company and demonstrating consistent performance.
