Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic PR Associate to join our growing Public Relations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting media relations, client communication, content development, influencer outreach, and campaign execution.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, media, and brand communications.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns for multiple clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and media houses.
- Draft press releases, media pitches, articles, interview briefs, and other communication materials.
- Coordinate media interactions, press conferences, product launches, and events.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare detailed coverage reports.
- Support influencer outreach and collaboration activities.
- Conduct media research and maintain updated media databases.
- Work closely with internal creative, social media, and client servicing teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of client requirements and campaign milestones.

Requirement





- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or an agency workplace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong media networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of digital media, social media trends, and influencer marketing is preferred.
