As we aggressively expand our market share across Eastern India, we are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our regional growth in the Kolkata territory.

In this role, you will leverage your established local network to accelerate business development, with a specific focus on driving the commercial success of our premium "Green" product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Business Growth: Proactively identify, map, and secure new commercial and industrial B2B opportunities across Kolkata and surrounding regions.
- Leverage Networks for Retention: Tap into your existing skilled database and industry connections to rapidly introduce our product range and close sales agreements.
- Strategic Account Management: Cultivate long-term, high-value relationships with key corporate accounts, understanding their technical requirements to deliver tailored product solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze local industrial trends, track competitor movements,



and gather client feedback to build and execute highly effective regional sales strategies.
- Meet Revenue Milestones: Consistently meet and exceed established monthly and quarterly regional sales targets.
- Technical Consultation: Clearly articulate the technical specifications, performance benefits, and environmental advantages of our green/eco-friendly chemical line to procurement heads and decision-makers.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven success in Chemical Sales (including housekeeping chemicals, green chemicals, or closely allied sectors).
