We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our Government Business and Tendering Operations across GEM and various Central/State Government procurement portals.

Location: Bengaluru (Preferred) / Hybrid

Experience: 5–10 Years

Compensation: ₹10 LPA – ₹18 LPA (Based on experience, government bidding success record, and industry network)

- Post-bid follow-up
- Develop business opportunities for:
- Servers & Storage Solutions
- Networking & Wi-Fi Infrastructure




- Cybersecurity Solutions
- Video Conferencing & AV Solutions
- Cloud & Datacenter Projects
- Application Development Projects
- Managed Services & Annual Maintenance Contracts
- Coordinate with OEMs such as:
- Dell Technologies
- Hewlett Packard Enterprise

- Build relationships with government departments, consultants, OEMs and channel partners.

Required Skills Must Have

✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in Government Tendering and GEM

✔ Proven track record of winning government orders

✔ Strong understanding of:

- GEM Bidding
- Reverse Auctions
- Rate Contracts
- BOQ Preparation
- RFP/RFQ Analysis
- Technical Compliance Mapping

✔ Experience handling bids worth ₹50 Lakhs to ₹10+ Crores

✔ Excellent commercial negotiation and vendor management skills

✔ Strong communication and presentation abilities

Preferred Profile

- Age: Ideally 28–40 years (flexible based on experience and achievements)
- Experience in System Integration, IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Video Conferencing, or Software Development industries
- Existing relationships with OEMs, distributors, and government procurement stakeholders will be a strong advantage

Role Description This is a full-time Government Bid Manager / GEM Specialist role based in Bengaluru, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of onsite and work-from-home days. The role involves managing end-to-end bidding activities on government e-marketplaces (GeM) and other public procurement portals, including opportunity identification, tender evaluation, and bid submission. The specialist will coordinate with internal technical, finance, and sales teams to gather required documentation, prepare techno-commercial proposals,



and ensure compliance with government tender requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and updating GeM and related portal profiles, tracking tender timelines, responding to pre-bid queries, and monitoring bid status and results. The role also includes building and maintaining relationships with government stakeholders, staying updated on public procurement policies, and providing regular reports and insights on bid performance and win rates.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Government Relations, Local Government, and Public Sector processes relevant to tenders and public procurement.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for preparing bids, coordinating with internal teams, and engaging with government stakeholders.
- Solid Analytical Skills to evaluate tender eligibility, assess risk, compare competition, and prepare competitive pricing and proposal strategies.
- Proven experience with GeM and other government e-procurement portals, including end-to-end bid management and documentation.
- Familiarity with IT solutions, cloud, cybersecurity, or system integration services is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Bengaluru, collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
