We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled PLC Automation and SCADA Engineer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the designing, project engineering, programming, testing and commissioning of PLC and SCADA systems. This role requires a robust understanding of industrial automation concepts, excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering from a reputed institute.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in PLC programming and SCADA system development in an industrial environment.
- Proficiency in programming PLCs from at least one of the major manufacturers (e.g., Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider Electric).
- Experience with SCADA/HMI software development (e.g., Wonderware (AVEVA), Ignition, Rockwell FactoryTalk View, Siemens WinCC).




- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, Profibus, PROFINET). Familiarity with industrial networking concepts and hardware.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs; and control philosophies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting and interact with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to client sites for commissioning and support, as required.
