The Warehouse & Logistics Manager is responsible for end-to-end management of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics planning to ensure safe storage, productive handling, and timely delivery of solar modules, inverters, and related equipment to dealers, EPC contractors, and project sites.

The role focuses on inventory accuracy, safe material handling, optimized transportation, and minimizing damage to fragile solar products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure proper handling and stacking of solar modules to prevent breakage.
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and space utilization.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement team.
- Prevent inventory losses, theft, or damage.
- Coordinate receiving of solar modules, inverters, and accessories from manufacturers.




- Verify quantity and quality against purchase orders.
- Inspect shipments for transit damages or packaging issues.
- Plan and supervise order picking, packing, and dispatch based on sales orders.
- Ensure accurate documentation including invoices, packing lists, serial numbers, and delivery challans.
- Plan and schedule transportation of goods to customers and project sites.
- Coordinate with transporters and freight service providers.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates and contracts.
- Monitor shipment tracking and delivery timelines.
- Optimize vehicle loading and delivery routes to reduce logistics cost.
- Supervise warehouse staff, loaders and forklift operators.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
