Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) for Mathematics to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality instruction to Classes 11 and 12, fostering analytical thinking, developing problem-solving skills, and preparing students for the CBSE board examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Design and execute detailed lesson plans strictly aligned with the CBSE Academic Guidelines and NCERT syllabus for senior secondary classes.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Prepare question papers, conduct regular unit tests, and evaluate student performance. Provide actionable feedback and maintain accurate academic records.
- Exam Preparation: Equip students with result-oriented strategies for the CBSE Class 12 Board Examinations and competitive exams.
- Student Mentorship: Identify learning gaps, conduct remedial classes, and provide individual guidance to both advanced learners and struggling students.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined, engaging, and positive learning environment using creative teaching methodologies and technology.
- Parent Communication:
Regularly update parents on student progress during Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
- Co-Curricular Engagement: Organize and support subject-related events, such as math quizzes, olympiads, and school exhibitions.
Essential Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Mathematics (M.Sc.) with at least (50%) aggregate marks and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum (3) to (5) years of teaching experience handling Senior Secondary (Class 11 and 12) students in a recognized CBSE school.
- Skills: Strong subject knowledge, excellent command of spoken and written English, and proficiency in integrating IT/technology into daily lessons.

- Familiarity with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 frameworks.
- Patience, adaptability, and a commitment to the holistic development of students.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
