- Manage and grow existing Merchant relationships in SMB vertical, by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and deepening engagement
- Develop strategies for expanding existing customer accounts within SMB market categories, focusing on long-term partnerships
- Consistently achieve revenue targets through customer retention, account expansion, and driving additional business from existing Merchant in line with team/organizational objectives
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues to maintain strong relationships
- Build and manage a pipeline for account expansion by identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with Merchant to identify recent use cases and tailor solutions to meet their evolving needs,
driving long-term value
- Establish best practices and operating procedures for Merchant retention, relationship management, and account expansion
- Stay updated on market trends, merchant pain points, and competitor actions that may impact current merchant relationships and growth opportunities
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- 2-6 years, relevant experience in Hunting and selling, from Fintech background, preferably online payments
- Has fair understanding of payments space
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements
