We are looking for a dynamic and responsible HR Executive – Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, and coordination for manpower deployment across projects such as Tollways, DMRC, Agra Metro, Jal Nigam, etc.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection)
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
- Manage job postings on portals and other hiring sources
- Ensure timely joining of candidates
2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Maintain employee records and personal files
- Handle joining formalities and documentation
- Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and ID cards
- Maintain HR MIS and employee database
3. Payroll & Attendance
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and shift data
- Coordinate for salary processing
- Prepare bank transfer sheets
- Handle employee queries related to salary
4. Statutory Compliance
- Knowledge of PF (EPFO), ESIC, Labour Laws
- Prepare and upload PF ECR,
ESIC returns
- Coordinate with consultants for compliance
- Maintain statutory registers and records
5. Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and queries
- Maintain discipline and workplace policies
- Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers
6. Exit Management
- Handle resignation process
- Conduct exit formalities and clearance
- Ensure proper handover & takeover
- Process Full & Final (FnF) settlement
7. General HR Operations
- Maintain HR policies and procedures
- Support audits and compliance checks
- Coordinate with management for HR activities
- Field/site visits if required
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
