What you'll do:
Engage fresh leads and walk-in clients for new launch residential projects
Understand client requirements and match them to the right project
Conduct site visits and project presentations
Negotiate and close bookings; assist clients through documentation
Maintain your pipeline in CRM and hit monthly booking targets

What we need:
0–2 years experience (real estate, telecalling, retail, banking, insurance, or any sales — or a fresher who can talk)
Fluent communication in English + Hindi/Marathi
Two-wheeler and laptop are a must
Target-driven attitude; comfortable with field work and weekend client visits.
