Must-Have:
BAMS / Diploma in Ayurveda / Certified Ayurvedic Counsellor
OR Wellness background with Ayurveda exposure
1–2 years of experience (freshers acceptable if robust communication)
Role: To counsel patients on Men's sexual health concerns using Ayurvedic principles, build trust, and monitor the effectiveness of the treatment programs, under the supervision of a qualified Physician.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide stigma-free counselling for men with sexual health concerns.
Address common conditions such as erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, low libido, etc.
Offer lifestyle advice when necessary.
Promote early detection of underlying health issues linked to sexual dysfunction, such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and mental health disorders.
Maintain patient and counselling records
Ensure patient confidentiality
Clinical Support (Non-prescriptive)
Understand patient history (lifestyle, diet, stress, sleep)
Explain Ayurvedic concepts (dosha imbalance, lifestyle correction)
Job role involves intercity travelling to one or two additional cities Salary: Rs. 18000- 21000/- per month
Travelling: Within the city, travelling 3500/- per month
TA /DA outstation: as per company policy for travel between Amritsar and Ludhiana
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
