Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef for a full-time, on-site role at our Janakpuri location. This role involves preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, developing menu items, and maintaining inventory. The Chef will collaborate with the team to innovate seasonal menus, manage kitchen operations,
and ensure a superior dining experience for our guests.
Qualifications
Proven culinary skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating
Robust knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and kitchen hygiene standards
Experience in menu development, creating cutting-edge and appealing dishes
Excellent skills in managing kitchen inventory and food cost optimization
Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to oversee and inspire a team
Attention to detail and time management skills in a fast-paced setting
Formal culinary training or certifications are a plus
Prior experience as a Chef or similar role in a restaurant or café setting is highly preferred
