Role Description
This is a full time Regional Sales Manager role based in Bangalore. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and developing strategic relationships across the hospitality, corporate, wellness, and premium retail sectors. The role involves managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with distributors, and ensuring solid brand visibility throughout the region.



This is an on-site role requiring regular travel within Bangalore and surrounding markets.
Role Purpose
To position Nyla as a conscious lifestyle choice rather than a commodity category by building meaningful relationships within hospitality, wellness, corporate, and cultural ecosystems. The role focuses on embedding the brand naturally into spaces where sustainability, premium experiences, and innovation converge.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and develop business with hotels, cafés, restaurants, corporate offices, wellness centers, premium retail outlets, and luxury lifestyle spaces.
Build and maintain robust relationships with distributors to ensure market coverage, product availability, and repeat orders.
Establish connections with procurement and purchase managers and facilitate seamless onboarding with Nyla's systems and distribution network.
Drive premium product visibility and secure strategic placements across key accounts.
