Job Overview
We are hiring enthusiastic and driven candidates for a General BPO Executive role. This position involves handling customer interactions, backend operations, and process support in a dynamic night shift environment. Ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in the BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and emails
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Meet quality and productivity targets (KPIs & SLAs)
Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Age: 21 years
Education: Graduate (any discipline)
Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of BPO/Customer Support experience can apply
Willingness to work in night shifts
Required Skills
Good communication skills (English required)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in a target-driven setting
Strong problem-solving skills

Salary & Perks
Fixed Salary: ₹20,100 per month
Night Shift Allowance: ₹3,000 per month
Performance-Based Incentives: Attractive monthly incentives
