Subjects Required for UGC NET Faculty

We are hiring UGC NET Paper 2 faculty for the following subjects:

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct offline and online classes for UGC NET aspirants.
- Take live classes through the institute app and YouTube live platform.
- Teach according to the latest UGC NET syllabus, exam pattern and NTA guidelines.
- Prepare high-quality lectures, PPTs, digital notes, assignments, handouts and practice questions.
- Explain concepts in a simple, clear, practical and exam-oriented manner.
- Discuss previous-year questions, expected questions and important topics regularly.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide academic guidance to students.
- Prepare topic-wise tests, mock tests,



quizzes and practice material as per exam requirement.
- Help students improve conceptual clarity, answer-writing approach, speed, accuracy and exam confidence.
- Maintain regularity, punctuality and professional conduct during offline and live online classes.
- Engage students during live sessions and maintain robust class interaction.
- Support the academic team in planning course structure, batch schedule, test series and content strategy.
- Take demo classes, webinars, YouTube sessions and promotional academic sessions when required.
- Guide students for UGC NET JRF, Assistant Professor eligibility and Ph.D. entrance preparation.

Required Qualification

- Master’s Degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
- UGC NET / JRF qualified candidates will be preferred.
- Ph.D. candidates or candidates pursuing Ph.D. will be given preference.
- Strong command over the subject and complete knowledge of the UGC NET Paper 2 syllabus.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English as per subject requirement.
- Ability to teach both basic and advanced-level concepts for UGC NET preparation.

Experience Required

- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in UGC NET coaching preferred.
- Prior experience in offline classroom teaching will be preferred.
- Experience in app-based live classes, online teaching or YouTube live teaching will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge, UGC NET / JRF qualification and strong teaching skills may also apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching and capable of delivering high-quality UGC NET classes for students preparing for JRF, Assistant Professor and Ph.D. entrance eligibility. The faculty should be able to explain difficult concepts in an easy and practical way, discuss previous-year questions and guide students with a proper preparation strategy.

Preference will be given to candidates who:

- Have cleared UGC NET / JRF.
- Have previous UGC NET teaching experience offline or online.
- Have experience in teaching students from Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula.
- Have YouTube teaching experience.
- Already have a digital studio setup for online classes.
- Can prepare PPT-based and board-based lectures.
- Can conduct regular classes with discipline, quality and consistency.
- Can contribute to study material, test series and video lecture content.

Selection Process

- Candidates must send their updated resume.

- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview / demo round.
- Final selection will be based on subject knowledge, teaching quality, communication skills, digital setup and demo performance.
