Key Responsibilities:
Teach English to primary classes (Grades I to V) as per CBSE/ICSE/State curriculum.
Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids to enhance language skills.
Focus on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills of students.
Conduct interactive and activity-based learning sessions (stories, rhymes, phonics, etc.).
Assess students through classwork, homework, class tests, and projects.
Maintain student records, progress reports, and attendance.
Encourage creative writing, storytelling, and vocabulary development.
Ensure proper pronunciation, grammar, and comprehension skills among students.
Create a positive and engaging classroom workplace.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide feedback on student progress.
Support co-curricular activities (language-based activities, assemblies, competitions).

Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in English / relevant discipline
B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. (as per norms)
Experience:




3–10 years of teaching experience at primary level (preferred)

Skills & Competencies:
Solid command over English language and grammar
Positive communication and storytelling ability
Ability to handle young learners with patience and care
Creativity in teaching methods
Classroom management skills
Basic knowledge of phonics and activity-based learning
Familiarity with digital teaching tools

Understanding of child development and learning patterns
Ability to make learning fun and interactive
Commitment to continuous improvement

Improvement in student language skills (reading & writing)
Classroom engagement and participation
Timely syllabus completion

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
