Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Part-Time Business Development Executive to drive our field sales initiatives across Delhi NCR.

This role focuses primarily on securing long-term contracts for OHC setup, management, and medical staffing in industrial hubs and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities: High-Value Client Acquisition: Actively pitch and secure contracts for Occupational Health Center (OHC) Setup & Management and Corporate Medical Staffing across manufacturing plants, factories, warehouses, and large corporate offices.

Strategic Networking: Connect directly with key decision-makers who hold budget authority for medical compliance, specifically Plant Heads, Factory Managers, EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) Managers, HR Directors, and Admin/Purchase Teams.

Consultative Selling: Understand a prospective client's workforce strength and statutory compliance needs to pitch tailored medical staffing and OHC operational layouts.
