Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
- Supervise construction activities and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
- Monitor labor productivity and maintain daily site progress reports.
- Assist in project budgeting, cost estimation, and expense tracking.
- Prepare and verify contractor bills, material bills, and project-related documentation.
- Create and maintain project reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare and modify engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements at the construction site.
- Coordinate material procurement and maintain records of site inventory.
- Support senior engineers in project planning and execution.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.




- Basic knowledge of construction site management and supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and budgeting.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Understanding of quantity estimation, billing, and budgeting processes.
- Ability to manage labor and coordinate site activities.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits as required

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in civil construction projects.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the construction industry.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
