Position: Diploma Civil Engineer (Freshers) / Civil Engineering Intern

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Diploma Civil Engineering freshers to join our team as Civil Engineer Trainees or Interns. Candidates will gain hands-on experience in construction site operations, quality control, project coordination, and execution activities under the guidance of experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Site Engineers in daily construction activities.
- Monitor site work and ensure compliance with project drawings and specifications.
- Maintain site records, progress reports, and material consumption reports.
- Support quantity estimation and measurement activities.
- Assist in quality inspections and safety compliance at site.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and workers.
- Verify work progress and report issues to senior engineers.
- Support preparation of BOQs, DPRs, and project documentation.




- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards at the site.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma in Civil Engineering (2025/2026 Pass-outs preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and construction practices is preferred.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel if required.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of construction drawings.
- Measurement and estimation knowledge.
- MS Office (Excel, Word) proficiency.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
