Role & responsibilities

- Needs Assessment: Identify students' strengths and weaknesses in soft skills through surveys, assessments, and consultations with educational staff.
- Curriculum & Material Development: Design and create interactive training content, including presentations, handouts, case studies, and exercises covering areas like:
- Communication (verbal, non-verbal, written)
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Emotional intelligence and empathy
- Presentation and public speaking skills
- Time management and organization
- Qualified etiquette and attitude
- Training Facilitation: Conduct workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions in various formats, such as in-person, virtual, or on-the-job training.
- Student Evaluation & Feedback: Assess student performance during training, provide constructive feedback for improvement, and monitor overall progress.
- Collaboration: Work with educators, department managers,



and other stakeholders to align training goals with curriculum and student needs.
- Program Improvement: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and materials, seeking feedback for modifications and updates.
- Reporting: Document training progress and prepare reports on student outcomes for relevant parties.

EducationUG/PG : Any Graduate

Fluency in English is Mandatory

Freshers are not required at the moment

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- karaikal, Puducherry: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- English training : 1 year (Required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (Preferred)
