We are hiring a Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive who will be responsible for calling contacts from a company-provided database using software and phone systems provided by us.

You will work from home during night hours (IST) to match Canadian business hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients using company-provided dialer/software
- Follow call scripts and company guidelines professionally
- Explain company services clearly and confidently
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Update call outcomes in CRM/software accurately
- Maintain daily call targets and performance goals
- Build and maintain a professional communication style
- Create and update databases through online research
- Identify potential business opportunities and gather relevant information
- Send follow-up emails/messages when required

Requirements





- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Comfortable speaking with international clients (Canada/USA)
- Laptop/desktop with stable high-speed internet
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently from home
- Full availability between 10 PM – 3 AM IST
- Prior experience in telecalling, lead generation, sales, or BPO preferred (not mandatory)
