Job Summary:
The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service quality, staff performance, and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing the front and back-of-house operations, maintaining operational efficiency, and contributing to the restaurant's financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Management:
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain stock availability.
- Staff Supervision and Training:
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Assist in scheduling shifts and managing employee attendance.
- Address performance issues and resolve conflicts among team members.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure guests receive outstanding dining experiences by monitoring service quality.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Collect and act on customer feedback to improve services.
- Financial and Administrative Tasks:
- Assist in managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost control.




- Support in preparing daily sales reports and analyzing performance metrics.
- Help implement promotional strategies to boost revenue.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation for food safety and staff training.
- Address any maintenance issues and coordinate repairs when necessary.
- Event Management:
- Assist in planning and coordinating special events or promotions.
- Ensure successful execution of events by coordinating with staff and vendors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Solid leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues effectively.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
