Key Expertise Required:

- Product Design & Development
- Thermal Management Systems
- OEM Handling
- New Product Development (NPD)
- CAE / CFD Analysis
- APQP / PPAP / DFMEA
- Team Leadership & Engineering Strategy
- Customer Development with Automotive OEMs

Ideal candidates should have strong exposure with leading Tier-1 Automotive Component Manufacturers and proven experience in heading large engineering/design functions.
