We are looking for a compassionate and well-spoken Counselor / Senior Care Communication Specialist to connect with elderly individuals and provide emotional, social, and wellness support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, fluent English, basic knowledge of the medical field, and a genuine interest in psychology, counseling, and elderly care.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate regularly with elderly individuals in a respectful and empathetic manner.

Build trust and maintain positive relationships with senior clients and their families.

Provide emotional support, companionship, and active listening.

Understand the basic needs, concerns, and well-being of elderly individuals.

Identify and communicate basic medical or emotional concerns to the appropriate team or family members.

Support seniors in maintaining a positive mindset and healthy daily routine.

Maintain professionalism, confidentiality,



and patience at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.

Solid interpersonal and active listening skills.

Interest or background in psychology, counseling, healthcare, nursing, social work, or elderly care.

Basic understanding of medical terminology or healthcare processes is preferred.

Ability to communicate clearly and patiently with elderly individuals.

Empathy, compassion, and a caring personality.

Ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally and confidentially.

Prior experience working with elderly people, patients, or healthcare clients is a plus.
