Company Overview We are a growing financial services firm based in West Bengal committed to delivering accurate transparent and timely financial reporting in line with regulatory standards Our team is passionate about driving excellence in finance and enabling business decisions through insightful reporting Job Summary We are looking for a Financial Reporting Specialist with 2-3 years of experience in accounting and reporting The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting audit activities Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements P L Balance Sheet Cash Flow Perform general ledger accounting and reconciliations Ensure compliance with accounting standards AS IND AS GST TDS and other regulatory requirements Support internal and external audits by preparing financial documentation and responding to queries Assist in budgeting forecasting and management reporting MIS Maintain accuracy in financial data entry and documentation Collaborate with internal teams for process improvements and timely reporting Required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or Commerce 2-3 years of experience in financial reporting accounting or audit Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software Tally Zoho or ERP Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards IND AS GST and TDS Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Preferred Qualifications CA Inter CMA Inter MBA in Finance desirable but not mandatory Experience with audit coordination and MIS reporting Exposure to SEBI RBI or NFRA reporting is a plus Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based incentives Skilled growth opportunities Supportive team culture Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Ability to commute relocate Kolkata West Bengal Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience Financial Reporting 3 years Preferred Location Kolkata West Bengal Preferred Work Location In person
