Walk-In Interview For Fresher and Experience Job Title Accounts Executive Accountant Department Finance Accounts Location 725 Sha Plaza 2nd Floor KR Layout J P Nagar Phase 5 J P Nagar Bengaluru Karnataka 560078 Reporting To Finance Manager Director Company Bookntravel India Pvt Ltd Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage the company s financial records client accounts and employee payroll in the travel industry The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting operations statutory compliance and ensure accurate financial reporting and timely processing of all payments Key Responsibilities 1 Client Customer Accounting Manage client billing invoicing and payment tracking for travel bookings and services Maintain accurate receivables and payables records Coordinate with clients for timely payment collection and resolve any discrepancies 2 Employee Payroll Compliance Prepare and process monthly employee salaries accurately Handle statutory deductions such as PF ESI TDS and Professional Tax Maintain attendance and leave data for payroll input Prepare salary slips and coordinate with HR for salary-related queries 3 Taxation Statutory Filings Manage TDS GST and other tax-related entries and ensure compliance with statutory requirements Coordinate with external auditors or consultants for monthly quarterly and annual filings 4 Expense Management Record and verify travel expenses office expenses and vendor bills Ensure expense approvals as per company policy and maintain expense records for audit 5 Financial Reporting Reconciliation Prepare monthly financial statements cash flow and expense reports Conduct bank reconciliations vendor reconciliations and client account reconciliations Support management with accurate financial data for decision-making Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Tally Zoho Books QuickBooks Hands-on experience in PF ESI TDS ITR and GST compliance Proficiency in MS Excel Pivot table V-lookup Balance sheet and financial reporting Robust attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and coordination skills Qualification Experience Education B Com M Com MBA Finance Experience 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Finance preferably in the Travel Industry Knowledge of Travel Accounting Systems will be an added advantage Employment Type Full-Time Salary Range As per industry standards Work Timings 10 00 AM - 7 00 PM Venue Address 725 Sha Plaza 2nd Floor KR Layout J P Nagar Phase 5 J P Nagar Bengaluru Karnataka 560078 Date Walkin is going on Time 11 00 AM Job Type Full-time Pay 22 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate JP Nagar Bengaluru Karnataka Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s Do you have thorough knowledge of v lookup H lookup and Pivot table in excel Education Bachelor s Preferred Location JP Nagar Bengaluru Karnataka Required Work Location In person
