Role Overview The F B Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth timely and efficient execution of food and beverage operations across designated hostels and centres This role involves coordinating meal requirements supervising packing and delivery activities managing vendor relationships and maintaining strict adherence to quality hygiene and compliance standards The position requires effective collaboration with the operations procurement and logistics teams to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management Collect daily meal requirements from each hostel allocate and segregate based on relevance Supervise and assist in the packing of all food beverages and supplies to ensure accurate and efficient deliveries Oversee and ensure safe timely transport of meals and supplies to hostels while maintaining delivery schedules Liaise with kitchen and operations teams to prepare for the next day s production Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of all food transport vehicles on a daily basis Vendor Supply Coordination Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of food supplies Work closely with the procurement team to arrange required items for daily operations Manage communication between hostels vendors and internal departments to ensure uninterrupted service flow Team Supervision Assist in evaluating and disciplining kitchen packing and delivery associates Train delivery and packing associates to develop and maintain efficient delivery routes Conduct weekly team meetings to review performance and operational updates Resolve issues related to delivery vehicles and coordinate with drivers to minimize disruptions Quality Compliance Ensure compliance with hygiene safety and food handling standards Maintain accurate daily meal requirement data and operational documentation Update and manage all required records and reports Ensure adherence to regulatory rules and internal SOPs Standard Operating Procedures Technical Skills Robust knowledge of food handling packing and delivery procedures Familiarity with F B inventory management and supply chain operations Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word and data documentation Understanding of hygiene sanitation and safety standards in food operations Key Competencies Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities High level of attention to detail and time management Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
