Key Responsibilities Conduct Classes Deliver lectures practical sessions workshops and lab sessions on core 3D modules Module Training Teach all aspects of the 3D pipeline including Modeling Texturing Lighting and Rendering Rigging and Animation Dynamics and basic VFX optional Student Guidance Mentor students during project development evaluate their performance provide constructive feedback and assist with building their portfolios demo reels Curriculum Development Collaborate with the academic team to design and update course curriculum to stay current with industry trends Stay Updated Continuously update knowledge on the latest tools software and trends in the animation game development and VFX industries Administration Manage batches of students maintain class discipline and perform other assigned responsibilities Required Skills Qualifications Software Proficiency Mandatory expertise in industry-standard software such as Autodesk Maya and Blender Additional Software Knowledge Proficiency in other relevant software like 3ds Max ZBrush Substance Painter Unreal Engine or Unity is highly preferred especially for gaming-focused roles Industry Knowledge A strong understanding of the 3D production pipeline and industry-standard workflows is essential Communication Skills Excellent communication presentation and mentoring abilities to explain complex concepts effectively Experience Prior teaching or relevant studio industry experience is preferred but not always mandatory Creativity Robust artistic and technical skills with attention to detail and a passion for teaching Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 60 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Work Location In person
