? We Are Hiring – Fleet Managers | Chandigarh & Bathinda ?

Are you passionate about field operations, fleet management, and last-mile delivery? We are looking for energetic and result-oriented professionals to join our team as Fleet Managers .

? Position: Fleet Manager

? Locations: Chandigarh & Bathinda

? Preference: Local candidates will be preferred

? Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA CTC

Role Overview

This is a full-time role with Swiggy Instamart. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for managing daily fleet operations and ensuring smooth, effective, and reliable last-mile delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage and optimize Delivery Executive (DE) schedules

✅ Monitor rider availability and fleet productivity

✅ Ensure compliance with operational policies and transportation regulations

✅ Analyze operational performance and improve delivery metrics

✅ Drive safety initiatives and operational excellence

✅ Resolve on-ground rider issues and maintain strong engagement

✅ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure service levels are met

Qualifications

✔ Experience in Fleet Management,

Operations Management, or Delivery Operations

✔ Strong understanding of transportation compliance and regulations

✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ Experience in managing field teams and delivery executives

✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools

✔ Knowledge of safety protocols, fleet optimization, and cost control

✔ Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
