BROWNROOF Consulting Services is urgently hiring experienced International Voice professionals for a C1B Collections process with a reputed US-facing BPO in Thane. This is a high-earning, stable, full time WFO role built for candidates who are already in the Mumbai/Thane region and ready to hit the ground running.

This is a WORK FROM OFFICE (WFO) role based in Thane, Maharashtra. There is NO remote option and NO relocation assistance.

ELIGIBLE: Thane (East/West), Mulund, Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan, Dombivli, Bhiwandi, Mira Road, Bhayandar, Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, Goregaon, Andheri, Kurla, Ghatkopar, Vikhroli and all connected Mumbai suburban areas.

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will be working on a C1B International Debt Recovery / Collections process handling US consumers. This is a permanent, full-time WFO role at a top-tier BPO facility in Thane operating strictly on US Night Shifts (approx. 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make outbound and handle inbound calls to US consumers on overdue and delinquent accounts
- Negotiate payment plans, settlements and recovery commitments firmly and professionally




- Perform skip tracing and account-level analysis to reach difficult-to-contact debtors
- Operate within FDCPA/FCRA compliance while consistently hitting daily and weekly recovery targets
- Accurately log all call outcomes, promises to pay and account updates in the CRM

MANDATORY ELIGIBILITY — CHECK EVERY POINT
- Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process (C1B Collections or US Debt Recovery strongly preferred)
- Must currently reside in Thane or Mumbai suburbs — daily commute to Thane office is required
- Must be fully comfortable with permanent US Night Shifts
- Fluent spoken English with strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Graduates and undergraduates both eligible

Freshers will NOT be considered

Domestic voice / customer service experience alone will NOT be considered
