Role Description This is a on-site Social Media Manager role based in Vijayapura.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and manage daily content across social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.

Responsibilities include developing content calendars, coordinating with designers and writers, and publishing posts in line with campaign goals. The role involves monitoring social media channels, responding to comments and messages, and building online communities.

and use insights to optimize campaigns and improve results over time. Collaboration with internal teams and clients to align social media activities with broader marketing strategies is also expected.

Qualifications

- Strong social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills, with hands-on experience managing brand accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and writing skills for creating clear, engaging, and on-brand content.
- Ability to develop and execute content strategy tailored to different platforms and audience segments.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic reporting to track performance and inform decisions.
- Good understanding of current social media trends, best practices, and platform-specific features.
- Ability to work on-site in Vijayapura, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a marketing, digital agency, or related role is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
