Job Summary

Microfilter Polymers Limited is seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Engineer to oversee electrical systems, maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and project execution within the manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to ensuring safe and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, panels, motors, drives, and equipment.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply and efficient operation of manufacturing machinery.
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical systems.
- Diagnose electrical faults and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Supervise installation, commissioning, and testing of new electrical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and project teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare parts inventory.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend energy-saving initiatives.
- Support utility systems including transformers, DG sets, compressors, and control panels.





Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–8 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial, or process industries.
- Knowledge of LT/HT systems, PLCs, VFDs, motors, and electrical panels.
- Familiarity with electrical drawings, schematics, and maintenance practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
