The ideal candidate for this position will have a B.E in Electrical Engineering or an MBA, with a robust background in sales and marketing.

As a Sales Executive at PowerCon Solar Private Limited, your main responsibility will be to generate leads, engage in cold calling, and travel for marketing purposes. You will be tasked with identifying potential clients, building relationships, and promoting the company's products and services.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen ability to persuade and negotiate with clients. You will need to be proactive, driven, and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies,



as well as provide feedback on market trends and customer needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business expansion.
