The Stone Cladding is a growing natural stone cladding company with three stores located in Jalandhar, Patiala, and Mohali. We specialize in premium natural stone products for residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to join our Jalandhar office team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with leads generated through online advertisements and marketing campaigns
- Maintain regular communication with prospective customers to understand their requirements
- Identify interested customers and create qualified leads for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update lead data regularly
- Coordinate with sales executives and share lead details for further follow-up
- Ensure timely responses to all assigned leads
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Telecaller, customer handling, or in any calling process.
- Good communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, and basic English.
- Confident on phone calls and polite with customers.
- Proactive and self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
