Salary: ₹20,000 per month + OT

Job Summary

Tiruchirappalli Engineering and Technology Cluster (TREAT) is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily machine shop operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing manpower, monitoring production activities, ensuring quality standards, and achieving daily production targets in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily machine shop production activities.
- Allocate work and monitor operators on CNC, VMC, Lathe, Milling, and other shop floor machines.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Monitor machine utilization and manpower productivity.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning departments.
- Maintain production reports and shift records.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company procedures.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.

Qualification
- Diploma / BE Mechanical Engineering

- Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
- Ability to manage production targets and workforce.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
