Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Non-Voice Process role located in Coimbatore. The role involves efficiently handling customer queries via non-verbal channels such as email, chat, or other digital platforms. Key responsibilities include managing business processes, resolving customer concerns, and achieving high levels of service satisfaction.
The role also involves providing support for process improvement initiatives and training team members as needed to ensure productivity and quality.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to contribute to Business Process Improvement initiatives
- Excellent Communication skills, including written proficiency
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to address and resolve queries effectively
- Experience in Training team members to enhance processes and ensure quality performance
- Attention to detail, time management capabilities, and ability to work in a team-based environment
- Proficiency in relevant tools or software as required for efficient process management
- Prior experience in a similar role or industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualification is preferred
