You will be responsible for managing client relationships by serving as the main point of contact at the client's site. Your main focus will be on building long-term relationships and handling escalations promptly to ensure uninterrupted service.

Your role will also involve coordinating processes between the client and internal teams. You will act as a bridge to understand specific requirements and relay expectations accurately. Depending on your domain, your responsibilities might include processing background verifications (BGV), managing timesheets, or handling localized HR and payroll duties.

You will be responsible for operational execution in these areas. Additionally, you will be required to gather, calculate, and input data into relevant processing systems while maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive employee or client data.
