- Field Visits: 80% Mathura, 20% nearby districts Agra, Hathras, Aligarh etc.
- Qualification: Graduate / Diploma.
- Experience: 0-2 Years in sales.
- Candidate must be a Mathura resident.
- Must have a Bike.
- No of Positions: 2-3.
B)
- Lead generation by calls.
- Fix up meeting with potential client.
- Visit his site.
- Explain the product and services.
- Giving the initial offer or close in the first visit itself.
- Followup for the deal.
- Final closure in consultation with the management.
- After finalization collection of documents, and site pictures. Share these details with admin team and installation team.
- Coordinate with admin team for registration of client on portal and loan application if any. Coordinate with installation team for planning of installation.
(This task is just to take follow-up and coordinate so that client can be informed of the progress)
- After advance payment or first loan instillment green signal to installation team to go ahead with the work.
- After completion of project/installation, collection of remaining payment.
- Post installation general follow-ups.
- Anything comes in future as per management decision as per employees strength and potential.
C) Timings, Leaves and Off
- Working hours will be from 10 AM to 6 PM.
- One day weekly off except Saturday and Sunday which will be agreed on joining.
- Public Holiday- If worked on mutual agreement, employee can take off on any alternate day within 30 days from the day.
