Business Development Manager – Digital Marketing Agency

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a Digital Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate should have strong business development skills, client relationship management experience, and a good understanding of Digital Marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Branding, and Performance Marketing.

This is a target-driven role where success will be measured by revenue generation, client acquisition, and client retention.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales

- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and local market visits.
- Identify potential clients and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
- Present agency services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term retention.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular client meetings and performance reviews.

Revenue & Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop strategies to increase agency revenue and market presence.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Contribute towards overall business growth and expansion.

Market Research & Strategy
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identify new market opportunities and business segments.




- Suggest innovative strategies to improve sales performance.

Team Coordination
- Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, Design, Website, and Performance Marketing teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of client projects and campaigns.
- Support management in business planning and operational improvements.

Required Skills
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services and platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Robust negotiation and client-handling abilities.
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Experience in selling Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC, Website Development, Branding, or IT Services.
- Existing network of business contacts will be an added advantage.
