As we expand across Bhubaneswar, we are looking for a highly energetic and execution-focused Business Development Executive who can build partnerships, create awareness, generate opportunities, and drive business growth on the ground.
Position
Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Bhubaneswar
Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + TA Reimbursement
Key Responsibilities1. Doctor & Healthcare Partner Acquisition
- Build relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, healthcare professionals, and wellness partners
- Present HiWox transformation programs and collaboration opportunities
• Achieve a target of onboarding 20 doctors/healthcare partners per month
1. B2B Partnerships & Wellness Events
• Generate partnerships with corporates, gyms, colleges, apartments, and communities
- Organize wellness workshops, awareness sessions, health camps, and transformation events
• Achieve a target of 10 B2B events per month

Business Growth & Brand Development
• Identify recent partnership and revenue opportunities
- Generate leads and support client conversions
- Assist the branding team with testimonials, event coverage, client stories, and content creation
- Gather market insights and customer feedback to improve offerings
What We Are Looking For
1. 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, field marketing, healthcare sales, pharma sales, insurance sales, or relationship management
2. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
3. Ability to work independently and achieve targets
4. Comfortable with presentations, networking, and field meetings
5. Strong execution and problem-solving mindset
6. Interest in healthcare, wellness, fitness, nutrition, or preventive health is preferred
Mandatory Requirements
1. Must own a two-wheeler
2. Must possess a valid Driving License
3. Must be comfortable with daily field travel across Bhubaneswar
Success Metrics
1. Onboard 20 doctors/healthcare partners per month
2. Execute 10 B2B wellness events per month
3. Generate qualified leads and partnership opportunities
4. Strengthen HiWox's visibility and presence across Bhubaneswar
