About EngageReel

EngageReel is redefining how e-commerce brands create product videos. It turns static product images into compelling videos, automatically and at scale, using the latest advances in AI. It is one of three AI products Flixstock has shipped, and the team is now applying the same approach to LLMs - building intelligent assistants, automation agents, and internal AI tooling powered by natural language.

The role

This is a builder-PM hybrid. You take an ambiguous problem, think it through like a PM, and build the answer yourself.

Day to day, you own a problem end to end. You write the PRD and the roadmap. You write the tech spec. You build the MVP in Python with LLMs. Then you sit with the product head and decide together whether it goes to production or gets shelved.

It is a hands-on IC seat, not a management role. You get direct access to leadership and the decisions that matter.

What you'll work on

- Take ambiguous problems and break them into structured workflows an AI system can run.
- Build scalable agentic systems and LLM-driven workflows using prompt and context engineering.
- Write clean Python for backend logic, integrations, and AI pipelines.
- Use AI coding tools like Claude and Cursor to prototype, test, and validate fast.
- Own the full cycle, from identifying the problem to shipping a working solution.
- Measure results, learn from what fails, and improve in iterations.
- Work across product, design, engineering, and R&D; to find real user problems worth solving.





Who we are looking for

- 2+ years building software, with Python as your primary or strong second language - API integration, automation, backend logic.
- At least one LLM or agent thing you have built and can show us - work or personal. A repo, a demo, a deployed tool, or an internal one with a story. This is the one we care about most.
- Real prompt and context engineering, and the ability to debug what you build.
- End-to-end ownership: you have taken something from idea to working software on your own - the PRD, the spec, and the build.
- Builder energy. You move fast, you own the outcome, and you are fine when an MVP gets shelved after review.
- B.Tech / B.E. in any field. A strong pedigree helps but is not a gate.

Valuable to have

- Agent systems you have shipped to real users, however small.
- Hands-on with MCP servers, RAG, eval harnesses, or multi-step orchestration.
- Content, video, or image automation work.
- An AI-native daily workflow you can show - Claude, Cursor, whatever your setup is.
- A developer looking to move into product ownership.
- Exposure to cloud - AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Things you built on the side and shipped on your own.

₹15-20 LPA • Gurgaon (Onsite)
