Job Title: Process Associate

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers Welcome)

Location: on- site (Gurugram)
Shift timings: morning ( 6am to 3pm) night (9 pm to 6am) 5 days working (rotational week off)

Job Description

We are looking for a Process Associate with positive Verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and confident in communicating with vendors or internal teams over calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company website
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Handle inbound and outbound calls when required
- Communicate clearly through emails, chats, and written reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times
- Generate simple reports as required by the team

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate / Undergraduate




- Freshers can apply
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Good verbal communication skills for calling
- Good written communication skills in English
- Basic typing with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt

Preferred Skills (Optional)

- Basic knowledge of CRM or data management tools

Pay: ₹17,000.00 per month
