As a Manager, P&C; Actuarial at EY Global Delivery Services (GDS), you will lead a diverse and collaborative team within the General Insurance Actuarial Practice, delivering solutions to leading clients in the Insurance Sector. Working closely with other team members, you will have the opportunity to support large-scale engagements, develop long-term relationships, and contribute to the success of the team. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality results and effective solutions on engagements, working closely with Senior Consultants and Managers - Apply problem-solving skills to complex situations with minimal supervision, ensuring quality and accuracy - Deliver engagements within set timelines, maintaining high standards of work - Establish priorities, create work plans, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members - Communicate analysis results to actuaries in various geographical regions - Perform actuarial liability estimation, valuation of reserves, loss projection, and other related actuarial tasks - Stay informed of industry developments and contribute to risk analytics within the company Qualifications Required: - Qualified or Part/nearly-Qualified Actuary with at least 8 years of experience in the General Insurance industry - Ability to multi-task and maintain a flexible work attitude with good analytical skills - Proficiency in MS-Office Suite, VBA, SAS, R Programming, Python, SQL, SPSS, etc.
