Role Overview

The Lead Specialist (CAMS NPS National Pension Scheme) will be responsible for driving customer service excellence, managing operational processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance within the National Pension System (NPS) operations.

The role involves handling escalations, improving service delivery, maintaining data integrity, and contributing to process enhancements.

- Handle customer service activities including CGMS (Central Grievance Management System) ticket resolution, email queries, and subscriber escalations (L2 support).
- Manage operational processes such as corporate & POP registration and PRAN despatch.
- Prepare daily MIS and periodic reports while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Perform reconciliation activities and maintain robust knowledge of transaction processes.
- Monitor SLA performance and provide insights for process improvements.
- Ensure data integrity across systems and coordinate with IT teams to resolve issues.
