The role

This is a consultative, high-trust sales role for the India market. The people who fund and

decide on this career investment are here in India (usually the student and their parents

together), and you'll be the trusted advisor who guides them through that decision. You'll

meet families primarily over video and phone, and occasionally in person, to understand

their hopes and concerns and show them how our program turns an expensive degree into a real career outcome. This isn't a call-center seat; it's a high-ticket role for someone who can

earn a worried family's confidence.

What You'll Do

Run consultative, high-trust sales conversations (primarily over video and phone) that

guide families to a confident enrollment decision

Understand each family's goals, situation, and concerns, and explain the US tech job

market and our program to non-technical parents in language they trust

Travel occasionally across India for in-person meetings when a family prefers to meet

face-to-face





Partner with our coaching team to bring in technical credibility when it helps a family

decide

Own your pipeline, follow-ups, and reporting in the CRM

What We're Looking For

3+ years in high-ticket, consultative sales, ideally study-abroad / overseas-education

counseling or premium EdTech direct sales

A proven track record closing high-value decisions (be ready to share your numbers)
Fluent English and Hindi: your baseline for building trust with families across most of

India

A mature, credible, reassuring presence that earns trust quickly with anxious families
Honest by default: you'd rather lose a deal than over-promise to a worried family
Self-driven and disciplined working remotely, without anyone watching over your

shoulder

Nice to have

Fluency in Telugu or Tamil (or Kannada / Malayalam).
Direct experience selling to parents of students studying (or planning to study) in the US
Familiarity with the US tech and CS career landscape
An existing network across hi
