Role Objective

The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end travel operations for confirmed bookings, ensuring smooth coordination with vendors, accurate documentation, timely service execution, and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Travel Operations Management

- Handle complete execution of domestic and international travel packages.
- Coordinate hotel bookings, flights, transfers, sightseeing, and activities.
- Liaise with DMCs, suppliers, and service partners for confirmations and updates.

2. Documentation & Itinerary Management

- Prepare detailed itineraries, vouchers, costing sheets, and operational documents.
- Ensure accuracy of bookings and travel documentation.
- Maintain systematic records of all operational files.

3. Vendor & Partner Coordination

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, transport providers, and global partners.
- Negotiate services where required to ensure operational efficiency.

4. Client Support & Issue Resolution

- Provide pre-departure and on-trip support to clients.
- Handle modifications, emergencies, and last-minute changes professionally.
- Ensure smooth execution and positive travel experience.





Eligibility Criteria

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Experience

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in travel operations (Domestic & International packages mandatory).

Required Skills

- Solid destination knowledge (India & International).
- Experience in itinerary planning and package handling.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of visa processes and international documentation.
- Experience in luxury or B2C travel operations.
- Familiarity with CRM or travel management systems.

- Vendor coordination efficiency
- Error-free operational delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
